Abstract

The creation of multiplatform content involves the development and adaptation of messages and narratives for various digital and physical media, maximizing the reach and effectiveness of the content among different audiences. This article discusses the importance and main characteristics of multiplatform content, exploring topics such as storytelling, which structures the narrative, engaging the audience through distinct and attractive formats. Addressing social media and their specific language, the study highlights the need for adaptable and responsive content to meet the demands of different devices and platforms. In cinema, the use of adaptations and expansions of content is exemplified, maintaining the narrative consistent across media, which increases audience engagement and the integration of stories. Success stories such as CNNVR and Marvel are analyzed, which represent innovations in the creation of content that connects television, streaming, social media and physical media, creating immersive experiences and continuous interaction with the audience. To assist in the creation of multiplatform content, this article offers practical guidance, concluding that the multiplatform approach is essential in the current scenario to expand reach, generate greater engagement and respond to the dynamic demands of consumers.
